Returns

  • We do not accept returns for any reason, including but not limited to size, color, or design preferences.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are only allowed in case of damage issues. We do not offer exchanges for different styles, colors, or designs.

Exchange Procedure

If you encounter a size issue with your purchase and wish to exchange it, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service within 3 days of receiving your order to request an exchange due to a size issue.
  2. Our team will provide you with the return address for the exchange parcel.
  3. Pack the item securely and ship it back to us at your expense.
  4. Include a note with your name, order number, and the size you require in exchange.

Inspection and Approval

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our exchange criteria.
  • If approved, we will process the exchange and ship the replacement size to you.

Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for exchange.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-6 working days after the returned item has been inspected and approved.
  • The refunded amount will be credited to the customer’s original payment method.
